PS Industrials is a well-known manufacturer and exporter of high voltage equipment like rectifier transformer, furnace transformer, current transformers, filter reactors, excitation transformers etc. Based in Chennai, the company started its operation in the year 1967 as a manufacturer and exporter of high voltage equipment. As the business expanded, PS Electricals (P) Ltd., the corporate entity was established in 1984 to enable the company to take care of larger volumes of business and more challenging assignments. The company was one of the first few engineering units in India to obtain ISO 9001 Certification in the year 1994 from RW - TUV Germany. Since then, the company is engaged in the fabrication and supplying of specialized high voltage equipment like rectifier transformer, furnace transformer, current transformers, filter reactors, excitation transformers. The founders of the company are qualified transformer design engineers. With the well- qualified and experienced engineering staff coupled with highly equipped manufacturing and test facilities, PS Electrical is ideal for manufacturing quality products of international standards.

OUR PRODUCTS

Our product range includes high voltage equipment like rectifier transformer, furnace transformer, current transformers, filter reactors and excitation transformers. Our range of transformers has the capacity of upto 20 MVA. Following are the products that our company manufactures and exports:

Rectifier Transformer
We engineer rectifier transformers that are high precision, durable and give high performance. We design rectifier transformers adhering to the industry’s standards, and also offer customized transformers catering to suit the specifications of the clients.


Furnace Transformer
Using best quality materials and modern technology, we manufacture furnace transformers for all types of machineries. Our range of high frequency transformers is used for induction heating applications.


Current Transformers
Our wide series of high voltage mechanisms include current transformers that go through various stringent quality checks during the manufacturing process. We use best quality to ensure higher longevity of the transformers, and can be used in any environmental conditions.


Filter Reactors
Our range of filter reactors consumes less energy. We offer filter reactors in single phase and three phase, which are also easily repairable. The reactors go upto 132 KV both oil cooled and dry type, cast coil, specialists in special purpose applications like earthing transformers, fault level suppression, neutral grounding, etc.


Excitation Transformers
We assemble and supply excitation transformers adhering to the international quality and manufacturing standards. The excitation transformers reduce the supply voltage to the level required for. These transformers reduce maintenance cost and are reliable electrical products.
